NEXT SHOWS

Many thanks to all who came out to shows in 2024! I’m entering fall-winter incubation mode and booking shows for 2025. Join my list for updates.

Angela Winter (she/her) creates ambient, experimental, and ritual music for thresholds, where synths, keys, and strings meet otherworldly vocals, shimmering drones, and overtones. Her music has been described as “beautifully haunting” (Bandcamp Daily), “stunning” (Foxy Digitalis), and “spellbinding” (Lost and Found Sounds). She lives in Carrboro, North Carolina, and in addition to her own shows and festival performances, she has opened for Norman Westberg (Swans) and John Cale (The Velvet Underground).

MID SKY
by zakè & Angela Winter

“Though many artists are inspired by nature, few have painted its greatest wonder the way zakè and Angela Winter have. I hope we keep on seeing collaborations of this scale: ambient music is at its best when dealing with themes and landscapes so deep it takes hours to reach the bottom.” —Cyclic Defrost
